We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle and time slot. For peak periods — school holidays, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and long weekends — book 3 to 5 days early. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible; WhatsApp us and we'll confirm availability.

Everything. The price we quote covers door-to-door pickup and drop-off, all tolls, fuel, and the driver's time waiting at the checkpoint. There are no surcharges for late-night departures or public holidays. What we quote is what you pay — nothing added at the end.

Our fleet includes the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire for up to 7 passengers, the Hyundai Starex for groups of up to 8, and the Hyundai Staria for groups of up to 11. All vehicles have reclining seats, phone chargers, and air conditioning. Let us know your group size and we'll recommend the best fit.

Yes — both Woodlands Checkpoint (Causeway) and Tuas Checkpoint (Second Link). Our drivers monitor live traffic on both crossings and will route through whichever is faster on the day. You can also specify your preferred checkpoint when booking if you have a preference.

For airport transfers, we track your flight in real time. If it's delayed, your driver adjusts accordingly — no extra charge for reasonable delays. Just WhatsApp us your flight number when you book and we handle the rest.

Yes — all our prices are quoted in SGD. We accept PayNow, PayLah!, bank transfer (both SG and MY banks), and cash on pickup in SGD or MYR. A deposit is collected upfront to confirm the booking; the remainder is settled on the day of travel.
